Hi, I’m Marcia Davidson, a Certified Nutrition & Gut Health Coach and doTERRA Essential Oils Educator with a passion for helping busy women break free from restrictive diets, balance their bodies naturally, and feel their best—without the overwhelm.

Unlike restrictive diets, The Healthy Plate focuses on balanced nutrition, whole foods, and sustainable habits—so you get long-term results without the stress of counting calories or eliminating food groups.
Is this membership suitable for menopause or hormone balance?
Yes! The Healthy Plate is designed to support women in all stages of menopause by focusing on blood sugar balance, gut health, and hormone-friendly nutrition. Many of the monthly themes will cover topics like reducing inflammation, supporting metabolism, and using whole foods & essential oils to promote hormonal balance and steady energy. If you’re struggling with weight gain, fatigue, or brain fog, this membership will help you fuel your body in a way that truly supports you.
Do I have to follow the meal plan exactly?
Not at all! The meal plan is a guide, not a rulebook. You can swap meals, adjust portion sizes, or mix and match recipes based on your preferences and dietary needs.
Are the recipes hard to make?
No! The recipes are simple, quick, and require minimal ingredients—perfect for busy women who want to eat well without spending hours in the kitchen.
I have food sensitivities. Will this work for me?

Yes! The meals are designed to ensure the right balance of protein, fibre, and healthy fats for optimal nutrition. Recipes are gluten-friendly and can be easily adapted to be dairy-free or nut free.

Are the recipes suitable for vegans or vegetarians?
Yes! While not all recipes are plant-based, most can be easily adapted for vegans or vegetarians by swapping out animal-based ingredients for plant-based alternatives (eg. using tofu instead of chicken, swapping dairy for non-dairy alternatives, or adding plant-based proteins). 
Do I need to buy essential oils?

Will the meal plans work for my family too?
Yes! The meals are designed to be family-friendly, delicious, and easy to customise so you can cook once and feed everyone without making separate meals.
Do I need any special ingredients?
Nope! The meal plans focus on whole, natural foods that you can easily find at any grocery store. Essential oils are optional, but they’re a great way to enhance flavour and nutrition! Can I access previous months' themes?
Yes! As a member, you'll have access to every month’s content starting from the month you join, as long as you remain a paying member. You’ll also get additional tools & resources from time to time, giving you even more ways to stay on track with your health goals.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! You can cancel your membership anytime, and there are no long-term commitments. However, please note that once you cancel, you will lose access to The Healthy Plate resources once the current billing period ends, including meal plans, recipes, guides, and past content. Since new content is delivered monthly, refunds are not available once a month’s content has been released. You will still have access to any single products you've purchased, such as courses or bundles.
